Ancient Ruins from Year’s Past

What is this?
So one of the coolest things we found at the bottom of the lake was this wall that was built in the stream-flow. Our guess is that it was probably built in 1979 to create a “release” for the whitewater regatta. If you know the origins of the the wall, please comment below.

Stewart… I think you may have something there. Let me query the junior delegates from year’s past and see if you are correct. The secret could be revealed 🙂

It was built as a Neolithic stonehenge-type monument used to create astronomical calendars.
