65th Anniversary Registration - Private Housing

Attendees are welcome to begin arriving throughout Friday afternoon for check-in and casual entertainment. The festivities will officially start with dinner on Friday at 6:00 pm and run through Sunday breakfast at which point guests can stick around or begin their trek home.

Due to a large number of attendees expected, housing will be offered for adults only (21+). We have two housing options available including (1)shared housing or (2)private cabins. If a cancellation is necessary, the full amount of the weekend is refundable prior August 15th, 2022. Please call us with your questions (828) 885-2153.

  • Registration Options

    We have four ways you can register: Shared Housing, No Housing, Day Pass, or a Private Cabin. This form is for Private Cabin registration.

    The $800 fee for a Private cabin covers up to 4 registrations. The attendee who fills out this form will be responsible for the total $800 and any additional guests cost. It will be up to you to sort out payment among friends or with other couples. If you would like to add more guests in your cabin, that can be done in the form today or at a later date by emailing office@highrocks.com.
  • Price: $800.00
    This package includes the whole weekend of events, including a two-night stay in a private cabin and five meals. The price covers 4 registrations. Additional guests can be added to your cabin at $225 per person. We have limited availability in these cabins. Age 21 and over only.
  • If you have more than 4 guests joining your cabin, you can add additional guests here for $225/each. You can add additional guests at a later time as well.

  • General Information

  • Please input the name, email, and relation to you of everyone staying with you in the cabin. If you are unsure at this time, you can email us this information later. A reminder, only ages 21+ may stay on camp.
  • Please list any food allergies or dietary restrictions for anyone in your registration. We are able to make some accommodations for dietary restrictions and allergies. Please contact us for more information about our food and kitchen capabilities.
  • Please let us know if you will need any special accommodations while you spend your weekend at camp. Do you need a cabin closer to the dining hall, no steps, or other concerns? We will work hard to honor these requests.

    CANCELLATIONS
    If cancellation is necessary, full refunds will be provided until August 15th.

    CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
    We will do our best to help you with the changes to your reservation if space and opportunity allow. Last-minute changes may not be granted unless we can fill the existing spot.

    Check-Out is Sunday before 12:00 pm. All participants in your group must depart before 12:00 pm so that we can prepare for the next event.

    There is no option for early check-in or late check-out.

    SAFETY AND SECURITY
    Our Alumni Weekend is a self-guided event. Guests are responsible for their own safety. This includes following all rules and regulations, posted signage, closures, and suggested COVID precautions and hygiene. Health care will be limited to our staff's CPR and First Aid training. We will not have a nurse on staff during your stay. Any guests that are affecting the experience or safety of other guests will be asked to leave without a refund. Please leave valuables locked in your car.

    GENERAL RULES

    • You are responsible for the supervision of your children and other family members.
    • Please do not bring guns or other weapons.
    • Please do not bring any pets.
    • Unless set up by High Rocks staff, outside fires are prohibited.
    • The waterfront is available for use during daylight hours. Any swimming without a lifejacket is to be done under the supervision of our lifeguards in the prescribed location only. The waterfront is closed after dark.
    • There is no smoking in any buildings around camp.
    • Alcohol is permitted in accordance with all North Carolina state laws. Please drink responsibly. The use of the waterfront is prohibited during and after drinking.
    • Additional expectations and rules will be sent later and available at camp.
