Working with our Program Director, you will help design and organize our Evening Programs, Special Programs and Weekend Programming. This role is perfect for someone who has a multitude of group games up their sleeve and heaps of creativity. From creating themed dinners to lip sync battles, the sky is the limit on creating fun programs for all. Tasks include designing and implementing special programs, writing up new programs, organizing program equipment, and collaborating with other staff. The Assistant Program Director will also have an activity responsibility during the day. The position has options to live on or off-site and may include occasional cabin counselor duties.
Qualifications : At least 21 years of age with a strong interest in working with children. Previous management experience in an outdoor education setting preferred. Enjoy a summer spent outside working hard and playing harder!
Benefits: Starting range of $400 to $500 for the nine week season and two weeks of orientation, depending on experience and qualifications. Training courses available in late May.
