Challenge Course Director

Camp High Rocks, has Challenge Course Director openings for its High Ropes Course facility. Our course consists of 18 high elements at 25 and 45 feet. Participants use the CliC-iT belay system throughout the course. Staff will lead campers through ground school, processing, and debriefing the experience.

Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our High Challenge Course. Facilitate cabin groups through the course, team building, processing, and initiatives. Train, and manage a small team of facilitators. Participate in other non-cabin staff duties and leadership for the program.

Qualifications: At least 21 years of age or rising college sophomore. Applicants should have experience with challenge course facilitation. Preference is given to those with more extensive leadership, processing, and rescue skills. Onsite certification required in late May.

Benefits: From $370 to $500 per week for the nine-week season, depending on experience and qualifications. Other training courses available in late May.
