Take On A Leadership Role

Our course consists of 18 high elements at 25 and 45 feet. Participants use the CliC-iT belay system throughout the course. Staff will lead campers through ground school, processing, and debriefing the experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our High Challenge Course. 
  • Facilitate cabin groups through the course, team building, processing, and initiatives.
  • Train and manage a small team of facilitators. 
  • Participate in other non-cabin staff duties and leadership for the program.

Qualifications

At least 21 years of age or rising college sophomore. Applicants should have experience with challenge course facilitation. Preference is given to those with more extensive leadership, processing, and rescue skills. Onsite certification required in late May.
