Rock Climbing Jobs

This is way more than a rock climbing job!  You could find yourself helping a camper learn how to belay, climb up steep granite, or even rappel for the first time. Climbing at High Rocks is one of the best youth programs in the southeast. We typically hold a staff of about 8-10 ranging from gym climbers to AMGA Rock Guides. Not only do the campers learn a lot, but the staff do too. Many of our staff come back year after year obtaining new skills, certifications, and leadership roles.

All of our campers begin on our 52-foot climbing wall for safety commands and drills, then it’s off to the forest for some great local granite including Looking Glass Rock, Cedar Rock, and Pilot Rock. We even travel to climb sites in nearby states, and other regional areas to take on new challenges.  We have some nice bouldering on the property and our own bouldering cave for continuous training.
