Email from Walker Fischer: Who IS that guy with the turtle-claw sandwich? I recall that episode clearly. He was a "fixture" at HR at the time, but his name escapes me. We were hiking the AT and that "sandwich" was prepared by the cook as a grisly surprise. It was!
