Siobhan and husband, Royce, welcomed their beautiful baby girl, Parker Rae Eklund in Kilkenny, Ireland. Parker was born on October 1st, 2025.
Matthew joyfully married Christine Ritter in Bald Head Island on October 26, 2024. Matthew is a VP at Belong Health and Christine runs a her own design firm based out of NYC.
Baker married Morgan Beamer on Sept. 7, 2025. Recently moved to Richmond, VA, they love being closer to the mountains. Baker is a Mental Health Therapist and Morgan is a nurse at VCU Health.
Aidan, alongside his mother, completed the Chicago Marathon on October 12th! This marked his second Marathon World Major following 2024 in Berlin! His sights are now set on 2026 Boston.
Walker, a camper in the 1960’s, is living with Kathi in Ormond Beach, FL where they both continue to enjoy the sun and surf. Walker got his first taste of acting in a skit at camp and liked it so much that he has continued acting in community theatre productions, outdoor dramas, and films for the past 65 years.
Mary Grace continues to work and support camp through assisting in our Health Center each summer. We are fortunate to have her wisdom! Recently, she is back from a trip with her sisters to Arizona to visit family.
Locke graduated from the United States Naval Academy as an officer and 2nd Lieutenant in May. Locke graduated with distinction with a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering and is currently attending The Basic School in VA to begin the Infantry Officer’s Course in January. Locke says “I have had and will have plenty of time to put all the outdoor skills I learned from High Rocks to work as a Marine!”
Talley is engaged to Hannah Burlingame to be married on December 6th, 2025. And fun fact, Hannah is the youngest sister to Marshall Burlingame, a former High Rocks camper!
Nicky married Maggie Cicco in the Spring of 2025. They had a beautiful wedding in Washington, D.C. surrounded by friends and family. Pictured above is also his brother, Joey Rault, who was a former camper as well.
Draper has grown into a very adventurous and heathy lifestyle throughout his time in college. This past summer he ventured on a cross country road trip stopping along the way to see the US!
Cameron completed her postbaccalaureate research at the National Institutes of Health and has started medical school this fall at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson! She is currently on a leadership team for the Integrative Medicine Clinic who provides care for underserved populations.
2025 has been a busy year for Aidan! He graduated from UCF and started working for DPR Construction, one of the largest commercial construction companies in the country. He recently got engaged to his partner, Hannah Goldson.
Nate’s family grew from four to five! Nate and Erin welcomed Leah Kathleen Colston into the world on Saturday, November 8th. They couldn’t be happier, and their boys are over the moon to have a little sister.
Wyatt and Mary-Elizabeth welcomed their son, Thomas Dixon Amacker on Nov. 23, 2024. They are thrilled to have a future High Rocks camper and are already planning which session to send him to first.
Dalton graduated this spring with his Masters in Landscape Architecture and started as a Landscape Designer at Bolton and Menk in downtown Raleigh. He recently got engaged to his partner of 5 years!
Will and Martha first met when she stopped by High Rocks to grab extra Sunday rolls for Illahee’s tradition meal (they had run out)! They are tying the knot this November in Martha’s hometown.
2025 was a big year for James! He got engaged in Aruba and married his partner in Montana. They are currently on their honeymoon in Australia, traveling around in a camper van!
Sumner and Nati welcomed their first child, Flora Jane Williams, this past July. Sumner and Nati live in Austria where Sumner is working on his PhD and will be teaching his first course at university in the summer semester coming up!
Vaughn and his wife, Erin, started their little family by welcoming Ellie Grace Moore to the world on July 18th. Vaughn shortly after took his board examination for his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and passed! Within a month, the Moore family moved across country to WA state and have settled nicely.
Chadwick and Courtney got engaged on November 15th, in true camp world fashion, while 150 ft up on Lower West Right at Cedar Rock! We are thrilled and excited to have these two already signed on for Summer 2026 Staff!
Carlton is currently a freshman at Texas, looking forward to finished his first semester and getting initiated into SAE. His older brother, Brantley, is halfway through his junior year at Vanderbilt and looking forward to studying aboard in Madrid next semester.
William is currently attending Bard College in New York where he plays baseball. Though camp, the Oakley Family made friends with the Patton Family and they still often get together. Camp bringing folks together!
Hughes is currently working on a Masters in Sprots Management at Baylor University, while working in their Athletics Department. He is enjoying learning about the marketing and fan experience behind big athletics. He will graduate in Spring and hopes to stop by camp soon!
Owen recently moved to Plymouth in the UK, joined the police marine unit, and still loves spending time on the water. He’s connected with several High Rocks friends recently, meeting up with Vincent Purcell, Max McGeady, and Sam Snedeker during their visits to the UK. He just returned from an action-packed trip to Memphis to visit Ben French, complete with great food and a Grizzlies game.
