CANCELLATIONS
Payments are fully refundable until July 1st, less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations initiated by participants after July 1st for non-medical reasons will result in a forfeiture of payment unless we can fill the spot.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
We will do our best to help you with the changes to your reservation if space and opportunity allow. Last-minute changes may not be granted unless we can fill the existing spot.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
Check-in starts at 3:00 pm on your opening day till 5:00 pm. Please contact the camp office if you are arriving later.
Check-Out is Monday before 2:00 pm. All participants in your group must depart before 2:00 pm so that we can prepare for the next event.
There is no option for early check-in or late check-out.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
Our Family camp a self-guided event. Guests are responsible for their own safety. This includes following all rules and regulations, posted signage, closures, and suggested COVID precautions and hygiene. Health care will be limited to our staff's CPR and First Aid training. We will not have a nurse on staff during your stay. Any guests that are affecting the experience or safety of other guests will be asked to leave without a refund. Please leave valuables locked in your car.
GENERAL RULES
You are responsible for the supervision of your children and other family members. Please do not bring guns or other weapons. Please do not bring any pets. Unless set up by High Rocks staff, outside fires are prohibited. The waterfront is available for use during daylight hours. Any swimming without a lifejacket is to be done under the supervision of our lifeguards in the prescribed location only. The waterfront is closed after dark. There is no smoking in any buildings around camp. Alcohol is permitted in accordance with all North Carolina state laws. Please drink responsibly. The use of the waterfront is prohibited during and after drinking. Additional expectations and rules will be sent later and available at camp.
